• Hand-crafted by young brewers striving for quality, our sake is brewed using the prized underground water from the Hakusan mountain ranges. The well where we get our water from is called “Hakusui no Ido (well of white water)”, and is believed to be made by renowned Buddhist monk, Rennyo Shonin. The rich flavor, aroma and clean finish characterize our sake, which have earned numerous awards over the years as a testament to their quality.
