• We are located in the North of Komatsu, where houses and stone-built warehouses of sake breweries make pretty rows showing the presence of an old culture in the pastoral rural countryside. The brewery was established in Manen era (1860-1861), and our sake-brewing with long history and the unique natural features of this region, both were blended together over time and created the unique local brew. The size of our brewery is small, yet generations of sake brewers’ spirit and techniques for producing good home-made sake has been passed on to us, so we put special care in our sake-brewing process, and determined to deliver genuine and delicious sake.
