About Sake Brewery

Yoshida Shuzoten Co., Ltd.

  • The area that cultivated “Tedorigawa Masamune” was once called Yamajima Village. Blessed with bountiful rice and water from Tedori-gawa River, the village was home to over ten sake breweries between the late 1800s and early 1900s. Today, Tedorigawa Masamune is the only sake that retains the original flavor of this sake-brewing village. We have strictly kept to the traditional way of brewing since the foundation of our brewery in1871, and continue to carry the legacy of Yamajima Village.
