• Our family business started as a wholesaler located next to a port in early 18th century, and switched to sake brewing in the mid-1900s. From the eighth generation on, the owner of the brewery also directed the sake brewing production, and the current, ninth generation owners devote themselves to sake brewing as a couple. Our sake has a smooth flavor that brings comfort to drinkers. From the ordinary sake (table sake) to jummai daiginjo, we put equal care into brewing each high quality sake.
