Takasago Junmai Ishikawamon

The "Takasago Ishikawamon" is pure rice sake, made by fermenting brewer's rice called Ishikawamon, grown in the prefecture of Isikawa, with subsoil water from Tedori River. By absorbing the sweetness from rice alone, the mellow taste of "Takasago Ishikawamon" gives the drinker a calm and soothing felling.
