Tedorigawa Junmai Daiginjo Honryu

Sake brewing rice called “100% Yamada Nishiki” is polished to 45% rice, and slowly brewed in small tanks at a low temperature. Our brewery has cultured yeast that has been bred by the Kanazawa Regional Taxation Bureau for brewing this “Junmai Daiginjo Honryu”. It features a calm and honey-like aroma which does not spoil the taste of cuisine.
