Low-alcohol (13%) vintage sake which uses high malic acid-producing yeast strains and has been matured slowly over twenty years. The name of this sake, “Umaika”, can also mean “delicious” in Japanese. As you taste “Umaika”, the rich flavor softly spreads in your mouth, making you feel “delicious” while enjoying the word game. The relaxing sweetness and acidity spread in the mouth leaving the aftertaste for a longer time, where you find it “delicious” or “umaika”. The package has a modern design with an impression of rice bags containing rice being one of the ingredients of sake.
