Expert Comments The taste is aged and matured, but the aroma is fresh dressed up by maturity. The strong acidity brings a pleasant complexity of fresh, sharp and rich flavor staying together. It is robust, too. When the sake is luke warm, the subtle nuance of aroma changes gradually, and it gives us an even sharper impression.
