A junmaishu having 13 % alcohol, brewed with the help of lactic acid bacteria existing in the nature. It features a mild sweetness and a fresh acidity. A new style of tradition using local ingredients and techniques. A natural flavor without using additives except for yeast in order to represent a perfect terroir.
