About Us
TAKAKUWA ART PRINTING CO., LTD.
This junmaiginjoshu has a rich sweet taste. Besides the sweet flavor, the umami spreads in the mouth. It has a refreshing aftertaste, so you’ll never get tired of it. As brewed in the process of a four-step preparation for fermentation mash, this sake tastes good in any way you like, but it tastes best when served at room temperature. We have been committed to a sake brewing rice and have chosen the special local rice called Gohyakumangoku. It is the first sweet sake of the Shinsen brand. This sake was born from a project that started from a desire to make sake that tastes sweet and has a refreshing aftertaste but should be something different from umeshu (plum wine) or liqueur. It is an exquisite sake because the brewery has directly requested rice farmers to grow its sake rice. It was awarded the Grand Gold Medal in the Fine Sake Awards Japan 2018.
