Chikuha Junamai Misaki

Chikuha Junamai Misaki

Chikuha is brewed in the process of one-step preparation for fermentation mash, using Yamadanishiki sake rice grown in Noto and Misaki yeast extracted from seaweed in Noto. The smooth taste, and the light acidity reminding us of yogurt are gently harmonized with the sweet taste.
