We use local sake-brewing sake “Gyn no yume” of Kochi Prefecture’s Reihoku region, then brew Junmai Ginjoo with care to produce sparkling Japanese Sake.

No matter what the meal is cousine of Japanese, Western, or Chinese, this is made to suits well and easy to drink with a wide variety of cooking. Tempura, especially seems to work well to couple.
