We brew Sake with sheer persistence in using rice and ingredients produced in Ibaraki Prefecture. We were established in Edo period, the brewery has existed for 180 years.

Food to pair with We use sakamai called Hitachi Nishiki, produced in Ibaraki, and SYS yeast is a product of Ibaraki, too. So this makes Gokeiji Junmai Ginjo totally 100% Ibaraki made, and is the brewery’s pride Sake. This especially goes well with cheeses.
