“Dewanohana,” the original sakamai of Yamagata, is used to brew this Ginjo. It has a soft delicious taste, and pure clear after taste. Oka Ginjo has rewarded the top rank, IWC Ginjyo Trophy for challenge years of 2013 and 2016.
