Account Identity Explained

JustReachOut is paid for by your company. Each account has one name and one email associated with it, this is the name and email you used when you initially opened up your account. This email address and name is used for the following:

• We send you email receipts for your monthly charges
• We send you notifications when a journalist opens or responds to your email
• The from name of the email pitch you send to a journalist through our platform is the name on the account
• The from email address of the email pitch you send to a journalist through our platform is the firstname.lastname on the account @in.justreachout.io So if your name way Joe Smith the complete from email address will be joe.smith@in.justreachout.io
• You can change the name on the account and the corresponding from email address by contacting our support
